  • The reason you see ‘Onboard Retail’ on your receipt is that we are the ‘Merchant of Record’ for the airline you travelled with. This means we processed your payment on the airline’s behalf.

  • Our onboard retail service operated under the Retail inMotion name until July 2026, when it became Onboard Retail. The new name is being introduced airline by airline, so for some flights you will still see 'Retail inMotion' on your receipt. Both names refer to the same service: we were the 'Merchant of Record' for the airline you travelled with, which means we processed your payment on the airline's behalf.
