- David joined Onboard Retail Solutions in March 2009 and will be based at our Heathrow office.
- He brings invaluable industry knowledge to the team, having worked in the travel and aviation idustry for over twenty years.
- He has previously worked for Bales, Qantas Airways and for Airport Express Alliance
Alex Kovacs, Head of Business Development - Asia Pacific
Alex joined Onboard Retail Solutions in January 2009 to head up our new Asia Pacific business development operation based in our new Hong Kong office.
- Alex has an immense amount of experience with the airline retail and catering industry, particularly in Asia, over the last 14 years.
- He has previously worked with LSG SkyChefs, DeSter, Gate Gourmet and Cathay Pacific.
- He speaks fluent English, French, Dutch and gets by in German, Cantonese and Thai!
Claire Thompson, Business Development Executive
Claire has recently joined Onboard Retail Solutions and is focused on sales support.
- She is also responsible for our quarterly Newsletter.
- She speaks fluent English, French and Spanish.
Rafe Hyatt, Business Development Manager
Rafe joined Onboard Retail Solutions in December 2009 and is responsible for developing our ferry customer base and managing our relationships with existing airline customers.
- Rafe joins us from Airport Express Alliance and brings with him a wealth of sales experience in travel, media and recruitment.
- Rafe previously worked as International Sales Manager for luxury hotel group Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts, followed by a role at Hilton International.
Stuart Southway, Customer Support Manager
Stuart has been with the company for over 10 years.
- He is responsible for technical support to all our
customers.
- He is also responsible for customer training.
Victor Pinies, Business Development Executive
Victor has been with Onboard Retail Solutions since its original inception 12 years ago as Clue® Trader. In this time he has fulfilled a number of roles in relation to the development of the company and the solution, ranging from strategic planning through to industry analysis and marketing.
- Formerly Victor was CEO of a successful IT computing business in Spain for some 20 years.
- Victor holds a BSc in Pure Science from Bilbao University, an I.M.I. Basque Government qualification in computer programming, and a Post Graduate in Business Management from the University of Barcelona.
- Victor speaks Spanish, Portuguese, English and French.
