Our intuitive onPOS™ system is designed to minimise the time taken to perform a sale, with large, clear icons and streamlined navigation. You can also integrate your own sales process guides into onPOS™ ensuring every selling opportunity is fully exploited.

Slick sale closure

onPOS™ allows customers to pay for goods in an almost unlimited variety of ways; card, cash, cheque, loyalty card, voucher, credit card, debit card, mixed currency and mixed payment types - cash and credit card for example. It all makes for hassle-free transactions and no bottlenecks in the cabin - cabin staff can move quickly on to the next sale - particularly important for maximising revenue on short hops.

A marketing mindset

Our key marketing module, onPromotion™ sits within our control software, onBOS™, and enables you to build, control and analyse your promotions, just like typical ground based retailing. However, onBOS™ then deploys these promotions throughout your entire onboard retailing network, making sure they're used on the appropriate routes and prompted for at the correct time in the sales process, exploiting every up-selling and cross-selling prospect.

Giving your passengers the VIP treatment

Our Virtual Inventory Products™(VIPs) offer true blue-sky shopping. Products and services that were once the domain of the static retailer are now available onboard, and an increasing array of products and offers exclusive to VIP customers are now being brought to market.


Discount vouchers

Make dynamic use of discount vouchers to promote purchases and increase sales values through onPOS™ , which can issue barcoded discount vouchers in accordance with your terms as you set them in onPromotion™. Instead of seeing potential revenues lost to off-board retailers or concessionaires, barcoded discount vouchers issued at booking, check-in or from a previous onboard purchase create strong incentives for passengers to buy more onboard. Couple those with onboard-exclusive promotions via VIPs (see above), and you've got a powerful sales-building campaign.


Start the sales process at ticket purchase

Maximise your sales opportunities by offering pre-orders at the time passengers by their tickets. Pre-orders are handled by the onOrder™ module within the control system, onBOS™.

Maximise revenue from business passengers - print receipts

onPOS™'s ability to produce a receipt at point of purchase removes the most significant barrier to business people making a purchase - without proof of purchase they can't make an expenses claim from their employer!
