Roger brings with him over 30 years of rail industry experience to the company.
- His first 23 years were spent working for Britain's railways in a wide variety of operational and business posts , culminating in being managing director for Thames Trains.
- In recent years Roger has worked with rail companies in Sweden, Hong Kong, Norway, Spain, Germany and the USA.
